CANCELLATION POLICY

If you are unable to attend the on-site or virtual events you are welcome to notify us of a replacement at no additional charge. We would be grateful for as much notice of the substitution as possible especially if we require to send a link to them.

If you notify us that you are no longer able to attend an event at least 7 days prior to the event then you may choose between (a) transferring onto an equivalent event; or (b) receiving a refund of your fee.

No refund will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the event. Any outstanding invoices will have to be paid in full.

 

CHANGE TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND INVALIDITY
